"Translational Pain Research: From Mouse to Man"

"Translational Pain Research: From Mouse to Man" is a 2010 book, freely available at Pubmed, edited by Lawrence Kruger at UCLA School of Medicine and Alan R. Light, at University of Utah,  published by CRC Press in Boca Raton, Fla. I stumbled on it while searching for material on visceral afferents. The entire third chapter is all about these usually-skipped-over neurons.

I'm still working through chapter 1 by C. Richard Chapman, on complex systems and painful multi-system disorders, with 17 more to go. Excellent book so far.

I plan to revive this blog with a series of posts about this book, whatever thinking it gives rise to, whatever may pertain to being a manual therapist.
